Docking with business group to understand the development requirements.Arrange the specific development work of the technical team, monitor and audit the quality and time of the work.Provide necessary technical support to the development team.Lead the BASIS group's work, make plans and follow up the execution, etc.Develop transmission strategy and supervise the implementation.
Profil :
ABAP background, 10+ years of development and development team management experience.Familiar with BASIS related work.Have led a team of 10 or more people in development and BASIS.Have knowledge of BW, solution manager.Participated in upgrade project.
