Emploitic Digital Technology Business Analyst

Missions du poste :
· Support all departments staff to assist with and troubleshoot Oracle ERP application modules
· Serve as the subject matter expert in the use of all Oracle ERP modules implemented
· Identify and define problems, evaluate alternatives, and work closely with global team to implement business solutions. Work extensively with ERP modules and other business tools as required.
· Troubleshoot, test and coordinate modifications to the data systems
· Develop a solid business understanding of the business systems (finance, supply chain, manufacturing … to provide relevant technical service.
· Works cross-functionally as required to drive strategic initiatives, improve processes, and research and resolve issues.
Profil recherché :
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or similar field
· 2-5 years related experience
· Provide strong quantitative and analytical analysis and problem-solving skills, and needs requirement gathering
· Must be able to relate technical solutions to operational issues
· Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course work
· Communicate effectively, clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
· Fluently English speaking and writing
