Emploipartner YOUTH Programming SPECIALIST

General Description: The Youth Programming Specialist provides technical expertise to World Learning’s project Economic and Social Integration of Migrant Populations -a project aimed to facilitate an effective integration of migrant populations by engaging host and migrant communities through social and economic activities. With support from the International Organization for Migration (IOM), this project is strategically focused on developing the capacity of local communities to provide training and mentorship services on the two main axes: professional development and social integration. This position will manage relationships with partners and trainers in 4 project sites. The role also includes preparing for and leading trainings for youth and educators on soft skills and cultural activities.

Mission :
Specific Responsibilities: Assist in developing relationships with local partners, coordinators and trainers. Compile existing training material to offer a variety of activities for participants. Provide training and mentoring for trainers as they lead economic and social integration activities. Monitor assigned project implementation and ensure project progress toward required goals. Coordinate with local partners as they implement field activities with direct beneficiaries. Liaise with external and internal stakeholders. Assist with organization and implementation of training workshops and events. Other duties as assigned.

Profil :
Required Qualifications:;Demonstrated understanding of youth programming in Algeria.;Demonstrated ability to make connections with stakeholders.;Experience leading youth-centered training and mentorship programs.;Familiarity with challenges facing migrant populations in Algeria.;Ability to travel frequently within Algeria.;English, Arabic and/or French language proficiency.;Excellent oral and written communication skills.;Proficiency using social networking for project activities.;Information technology skills, especially in data collection and management.Desired Qualifications:;Facility with managing social media for effective project implementation.;Experience with monitoring and evaluation.
