Prix Technical Director (DT) & QA Manager

Multinational company specializing in pharmaceutical production is looking for a Pharmacist Technical Director (Production) to lead the regulatory affairs and quality departments Job responsibilities :Lead the development and implementation of the plant’s quality strategy and systems. Ensure that all site operations are conducted in compliance with applicable quality standards and GxP requirements. Oversee quality assurance processes, including product release and deviation/investigation management. Promote a strong quality culture across all departments and support continuous improvement initiatives. Manage and develop the Quality Assurance team, ensuring alignment with company standards and expectations. Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support site objectives. Position RequirementsPharmacist’s diploma (essential for “Directeur Technique” role) and 5–10 years’ experience in a comparable leadership position, ideally within a multinational pharmaceutical environment. Solid working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and key international quality frameworks (ICH, WHO, PIC/S, ISO 15378). Proven organizational and leadership skills, with a track record of coaching teams to high performance and fostering a proactive quality culture. Strong team‑building, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities; able to prioritize, escalate, and resolve issues effectively. Fluent in English and French (spoken and written) with the ability to draft clear reports, emails, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
