Commissioning Engineer

Essential Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute commissioning, trial run, acceptance testing, and inspection/measurements as defined by COM LE / COMM.
-Prepare, manage, perform, coordinate, and monitor commissioning of specified systems in a safe and timely manner.
-Perform commissioning according to specifications, engineering documents, safety instructions, environmental protection measures, and local regulations.
- Ensure commissioning, operation, quality record, and feedback documentations are issued.
-Hand over commissioning, quality, and feedback documentation and software originals with a document list to COM LE / COMM for compiling and release.
- Report commercial and technical deviations with corresponding quality records and follow up until completion by arrangement with COM LE / COMM.
- Maintain daily work diary, logbooks, and list of pending items as specified in work instructions by arrangement with COM LE / COMM.
- Provide Site Report upon assignment completion to COM LE / COMM.
- Provide technical experience feedback to project engineering departments during debriefing meeting(s) as requested.
-Manage handling and inspection of commissioning test equipment and organize return of all equipment promptly by arrangement with COM LE / COMM.
- Implement necessary EHS procedures within scope of discipline works, including preparation of method statements, risk analyses, safety walks, and toolbox talks.
- Ensure subcontractors comply with EHS requirements at site.
- Verify network connections as per topology drawing and establish required communication among all devices.
- Review logic, verify accuracy against Engineering documents, and report any issues or recommendations to Engineering.
- Troubleshoot software/hardware issues.
- Perform/support loop checks, functional and protection tests of all equipment.
- Perform HMI screen modifications and repairs, and verify alarm settings and level classifications.
Qualifications:
- More than 5 years of experience in commissioning .
- Strong knowledge of communication protocols: Modbus, Foundation Fieldbus, and Profibus.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Engineering degree from an accredited university.
