O&G Solutions Software Engineer
Join the dynamic project team as a Software Engineer tasked with developing and deploying automation solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and sustainability within the Oil & Gas sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement automation systems utilizing PLCs, SCADA, and DCS technologies.
• Provide on-site commissioning support, including testing, troubleshooting, optimization, and final tuning.
• Proficiency in design using Simatic SCADA systems such as PCS7, S7-400FH, S7-1500FH, Safety systems, Simatic HMI WinCC, and TIA Portal.
• Hands-on experience with Simatic software including Simatic Manager, Simatic WinCC, CFC, STL, FBD, S7-SCL, Safety Matrix, and APL Library.
• Familiarity with interfacing protocols such as Modbus, OPC, Profibus, and Profinet.
The Profile:
• Hold a master’s degree in automation or a related field.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Industrial Automation solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in both English and French, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel extensively, with approximately 70% of time spent on-site.
• Possess a valid driving license with proven driving experience.
