Prix Scrum Master

CONTEXT:
The Scrum Master plays a crucial role in Agile software development, facilitating the Scrum process and empowering teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently and collaboratively.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Shield the team from external distractions and interruptions, allowing them to focus on their commitments and achieve Sprint goals effectively.

Facilitate Scrum Events:
Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives) to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and alignment within the team.
Remove Impediments:
Identify and address impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress, working proactively to resolve issues and minimize disruptions.
Coach and Mentor:
Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and self-organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Promote Collaboration:
Promote collaboration and transparency among team members, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters, facilitating cross-functional communication and knowledge sharing.
Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge:
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, leading Agile teams in software development projects.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and their application in software development.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
