
Mission :
Handling of the TT’s and CSR’s related to MPBN Network. Ensure that the TT’s and CSRs are properly documented. Thismeans that the problem slogan descriptively defines the problem, the necessary logs and pertinent information collected is attached to the case, and finally a clear resolution has been written.Answers from the ELS should be well documented as a prerequisite for closing the CSR. The engineer should also ensure that one CSR/ TT is written per problem. Ensure that the severity attached to the TT or CSR are chosen suitably and are in accordance to the KPIs. Ensure proper escalationEnsure that the severity attached to the TT or CSR are chosen suitably and are in accordance to the KPIs. Ensure proper escalation of TT’s and CSR’s according to the KPIs. Monitoring of the MPBN nodes under their responsibility. The Experts should prepare and execute monitoring tasks in additio the experts will be also responsible on nodes back-up that can be used in disaster recovery. Provide statistical information related to the assigned MPBN nodes.
