Missions du poste :
Context :
Ensure the smooth operation and evolution of the Ooredoo Algeria CRM platform according to the needs of internal and external customers
Responsabilities of the post :
·         design of solutions according to the business needs expressed by the clients of the platform.
·         writing specification, workflows as expressed by business to prepare development of the solution / develop new solution
Building Siebel releases.
Supporting and resolving Siebel issues that rise during testing/deployment/post deployment phases.
·         Configure products, RatePlans according to business requirement and customize in Siebel eConfigurator
·         develop PL/SQL script to ensure cleanup of DB
·         implementation reports and KPI related to CRM DB
Troubleshooting Siebel bugs that issued from development or out of the box ones and finding a
solution/workaround for fixing them (communicate with Oracle support when required).
Profil recherché:
Qualifications:
BAC + 5 in computer science
Skills:
●        Installation, Configuration and administration of Siebel eBusiness Applications (Siebel Server, Siebel Web Client, Siebel Tools)
●        Scripting (eScript & VB Script)
●        Siebel application building units; Tables, BCs, BOs, Applets, Views, WFs …
●        Integrating Siebel with external systems (Web Services, VBCs, EBCs, Data maps , XSLT and IOs)
●        Siebel Administration (Restarting Siebel Servers, Components, Perform Siebel deployments)
