With a sales office, warehouse, production factory and a rapidly growing team, we aim tofurther strengthen Jotun’s position in Algeria through ambitious market growth plans that focus on innovation, efficiency and profitability.JOB DESCRIPTIONPlan sales demand and raw materials supply by analyzing historical data in alignment with forecast to optimize the stock levels in order to maintain the On-Time/In-Full (OTIF) and a healthy working capital.This position will be reporting to the Operation Manager.

Mission :
Maintain raw materials stock levels and reorder point by analyzing the historical data and forecasted demand in order to meet the OTIF and working capital target.Control the projects and new products by communicating with the sales and product managers to make sure the availability of raw material to achieve the marketing target.Controlling the delivery schedule of the raw materials by monitoring daily the MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and ordering the raw materials according to the agreed forecast and reorder points to maintain the stock levels volume and value.Monitoring the daily consumption verses the forecasted volume by communicating with the production planning and informing the sales and product managers with any abnormality to increase the forecast accuracy and to avoid any sudden stoppage due to the high consumption.- Conduct the monthly Demand meeting with sales and products managers to discuss month results and agree on new forecast

Profil :
We are looking for:Bachelor's degree in engineering or CommerceMinimum 2 years of relevant experience.Languages: French and English are required (Fluency both verbal and written).Very good command of MS ExcelPrevious experience in using ERP systems.Competencies for this Position:Analysis & Judgment: Quickly understands and analyzes complex issues and problems; comes up with sound and rational judgments.Execution: adheres to company rules and procedures; executes plans with commitment and determination; achieves high quality results.Professional expertise: demonstrates specialist knowledge and expertise in own area; participates in continuous professional development.
