إيمبلوابارتنر Trainer and Brand Shop Task

Mission :
<ul><li>Constantly improves the long-term capabilities of related people (Customer, Staff, Area Manager, Merchandiser).</li><li>A Trainer gathers and analyzes information to determine learning needs. Evaluates training programs and materials. Facilitates and delivers internal learning solutions and develops in-house training programs as assigned.</li><li>Conducts training and educational programs, according to and Company needs & orientation.</li><li>Maintains records for training programs, including evaluations.</li><li>Encourages participation and builds learner motivation during classes.</li><li>Assists in evaluating external training programs and materials with guidance from related departments.</li><li>Gathers, analyzes and discusses colleague training needs with Sr. Manager.</li></ul>

Profil :
<ul><li>One to three (1-3) years of experience in a training capacity or equivalent experience.</li><li>Bachelor's degree required.</li><li>Fluent English speaking and writing is mandatory.</li><li>Previous presentation and training skills.</li><li>Competent PC skills and proficiency in MS Office.</li><li>Preferred: Experience in Customer Electronics, Service, Sales.</li><li>Positive attitude (solution oriented and ability to deal with ambiguity).</li><li>Excellent verbal communication.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, pedagogy. With the ability to set expectations and communicate with customers, colleague, staff, sales team).</li></ul>
