Validation Officer

JOB Description for Validation/Calibration Officer:

Calibration Activity:
· Prepare SOP’s
· Calibrate all instruments and equipment need calibration in the plant (thermometers, pressure gauges, differential pressure gauge, thermoregulator, rpm, timer sensors installed on the water treatment unit station, HVAC…).
· Calibrate, qualify balances, TTS.
· Generate calibration certificate SAP.
· Prepare and update instrument data sheet
Validation Activity:
· Checking for punches upon receiving them
· Draftsman: Drawing of blueprints using Autocad (when applicable).
· Preparation / reviewing of validation protocols.
· Implement / review of qualification protocols, with appropriate individuals and department
· Preparation of the qualification report.
· Generating of machine master files (MMF).
· Follow/ensure GMPs compliance.
· Preparation of the qualification report for punches upon receiving them.
· Doing calibration for instruments inside HPA following the calibration plan
· Follow the temperature and humidity monitoring in HPA
· Updating the SOP
· Monitoring monthly of Temperature and Humidity for warehouse and production area.
· Follow up the annual revalidation program
· Filling of the actions needed to requalify any machine when a transferring form for that machine is submitted to the department.
· Filing of preventive maintenance sheets and maintenance requisition forms.
· Follow / ensure cGMPs compliance.
· Preparation / reviewing of validation process protocols & reports.
