Global multinational in the automotive sector, renowned for the reliability of its vehicles and exceptional customer service. Currently seeking a Technical Support Officer
Mission :
Extend required Technical assistance to Branches, Dealers & Customers;Perform technical problems diagnosis to determine the root causes of failure;Recommend the repair instructions to fix the problem within required timing;Assist Technicians in difficult Repair procedures;Conduct service quality control before delivery to customers;Prepare field Technical report to Technical department if needed;Communicate with Technical Dpt for any required support to fix the problem;Assist service operations to promote Fix It Right activities;
Profil :
Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering;Preferably working knowledge or experience in the technical field.
