Mission :
<ul><li>Extend required Technical assistance to Branches, Dealers & Customers;</li><li>Perform technical problems diagnosis to determine the root causes of failure;</li><li>Recommend the repair instructions to fix the problem within required timing;</li><li>Assist Technicians in difficult Repair procedures;</li><li>Conduct service quality control before delivery to customers;</li><li>Prepare field Technical report to Technical department if needed;</li><li>Communicate with Technical Dpt for any required support to fix the problem;</li><li>Assist service operations to promote Fix It Right activities;</li></ul>
Profil :
<ul><li>Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering;</li><li>Preferably working knowledge or experience in the technical field.</li></ul>
