سعر Instrumentation and Scada Engineer

Role
The Instrumentation and Scada engineer will be reporting directly to the Project Manager. The position includes, but not limited to:
designing, configuring, and deploying the SCADA system of new projects or modifications in relation with existing equipment and installation related to the desalination plant;
Designing, installation and programming instrument and equipment for new project.
In this role. The Instrumentation and Scada engineer will be also preparing documentation and procedures and will participate in the plant’s continuous performance improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Instrumentation and Scada engineer is responsible to perform the below tasks but not limited to,
Collect data and monitoring
Manage projects from start to finish: study, specifications and implementation and SCADA configuration.
Developed, analyze, and review PLC, HMI/SCADA programs, using functional design specifications
Proficient in programming and troubleshooting variable frequency drives
Knowledge of field bus protocol including, Profinet, Ethernet, Profibus, Modbus, Genius, and TCP/IP
Issue material requisitions to the procurement department for inquiry order placement and for any subsequent revisions
Project planning and management
check on the material request order whether compliant or not
Establish specifications for all the I&C equipments of the project department
Follow up on projects (spare part, resource side) until the end
Make supplier evaluation to choose the right one.
Establish weekly and monthly reports and the annual review of activities.
Up-to-date technical project documents,
Monitor the execution of the work schedule and participate in the periodic evaluation of the progress of the work,
Evaluate and optimize the time and the means necessary for the realization of the different stages of the project
Follow and control the progress of the project, the execution of the schedule and the respect of the budget
Ensure the final reporting of the work
Prospect suppliers of materials and equipment for the realization of projects and tasks
Constantly research possible developments of equipment to optimize the operation of installations (new and existing) and proceed with their application
Supervise and coordinate the work of all internal and/or external stakeholders (including subcontractors).
Make interventions with maintenance in SCADA when it comes to critical interventions
Prepare the Shutdown work (task, resource, means, deadline)
Correct all the reservations given by the other services concerning the projects carried out
QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:
I
nstrumentation and automation engineer diploma
proficiency in the softwares : Proficy machine edition and CIMPLICITY
knowledgement of GE fanuc PLC's
Ability to work on prioritized & emergency needs of the plant process.
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with co-workers & supervisors.
Good knowledge of EHS
Ability to work independently
DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS
Fluent in English
Strong Knowledge of MS Projects
Communication skills
