Job Purpose:Responsible for the design, analysis, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance support of dry gas seals on rotating equipment. Ensures technical excellence and compliance with customer and industry requirements.Key Responsibilities:Provide engineering support for the selection, installation, and operation of dry gas sealsAnalyze seal performance and recommend improvementsPrepare technical reports and documentationSupport field service teams with diagnostics and troubleshootingCoordinate with OEMs, clients, and internal teams on seal-related issuesEnsure compliance with safety and quality standardsParticipate in failure investigations and root cause analysisQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field3+ years of experience with dry gas seals or rotating equipmentStrong knowledge of seal systems, compressors, and turbinesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsProficient in engineering software and MS OfficeGood communication and problem-solving skillsWilling to travel for site support when required
