Job Summary:
The HR Services Associate plays a vital role in delivering HR services and support to employees and management. This position is responsible for assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and necessary paperwork.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR programs.
Help resolve employee issues and concerns while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Benefits Administration:
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
Provide information to employees regarding benefits options and enrollment processes.
HR Data Management:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Prepare reports and assist with HR metrics as required.
Compliance:
Support HR compliance initiatives by ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
Training and Development:
Assist in coordinating training sessions and development programs.
Help promote a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
years of experience in an HR role or administrative position.
Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
