Office Administrator
Missions du poste:
Ensure general management of the office, overseeing operational efficiency and effective communications
Maintain facilities management, including space planning/design, vendor contracts and relations, and facilitation of all office functions and services
Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for management
Manage emails, phone calls, letters, forms, faxes, packages, and other forms of correspondence
Supervise office staff on working time and performance
Organize office events and set-up for new joiners
Support bookkeeping and budgeting for administrative expenses
Consolidate claims and requests on site
Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed Create and update databases and records of financial information Manage stock and purchase of office supplies
Track and repair / replace office supplies when necessar
Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
Profil du poste:
University graduate or equivalent
Language skills: fluent in French and English
At least 2 years of related experience in multinational company preferably FMCG
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Great communication skills
Organizing and planning skills
Service and customer-oriented mindset
