Administrative and Sales back officer
will be responsible for providing multitasks support
to the Sales team in Algeria .

business science or management;

Minimum 5 years of
experience in a similar position

Preferably a good knowledge of the chemical industry or secondly other
related sectors such as life
sciences,
oil & gas, or consumer goods dealing with the sale’s environment of raw
materials.
·
Agile with the Microsoft Office environment: Excel & PowerPoint good
know-how are needed.
·
Experience with the sale’s processes running under SAP or any other ERP.
·
Good skills in English (oral & written) is a must. Basic knowledge
in German is a plus.
Missions:
Support of the local sales team, including preparation of business meetings and internal events ;
Filling and completing tender related documents / direct consultations and their follow-up in collaboration with Account Mgrs ;
Backing the preparation of presentations through desk research, selecting relevant information from different databases ;
Administrative care for public tenders, calculations, offers, purchase orders, invoicing, classification, presentations, import permit, among other things;
Support BU participations in local fairs, exhibitions, or other relevant events. Take care of conference subscriptions and ensure smooth collaboration with Communication Dpt and stakeholders.
Communicate with impact and empathy with external and internal business partners;
High sense of priority setting and a comprehensive analytical thinking;
Embracing multicultural environment and diversity;
Enthusiastic and facilitating communication within the team;
All-rounder of the organization that optimizes calendar management and manages the arrangements of the Sales Manager and/or the sales team.
