Mission :
The duties and responsibilities of the contractor shall include, but not be limited to, the Following<ul><li>Maintenance of personnel records: constitution, document verification, updating and archiving Day,</li><li>Annual leave management</li><li>Participate in the preparation of monthly and annual HR review </li><li>Payment requests preparation: CNAS,MIP ,PCR MIP, Bailiff, etc.</li><li>Responsible for archiving files</li><li>Manage the reception of guests and new Hires</li><li>Keeps legal records</li><li>Onboarding Process/Offboarding process</li><li>Labor office relation (job posting ,Candidates interview appointment, Government authorization document)</li><li>Social security (Sick leave ,work accident, maternity, retirement, child allowance, Chifa Card)</li><li>Medical check follow up</li><li>HR ops (letters, annual leave ,Mission document, contract...)</li><li>Pres-Payroll & Attendances management</li><li>Tax contributions submission</li><li>Local training plan (Training plan establishment, assessment document, DFP Tax )</li></ul>
Profil :
<ul><li>Experience 3-5 years</li><li>Bachelor degree</li><li>Good communication skills: Arabic, French and English </li></ul>Results oriented<ul><li>Strong interpersonal/communicative skills.</li></ul>
