Workplace experience & EHS Manager

Mission :
<ul><li> Manage the WE team remotely and coordinate with suppliers needed to meet organizational needs.</li><li>Promote fairness for One Sanofi through the implementation of the new way of working.</li><li>Contribute to the definition of site budget</li><li>Manage on-site and remotely the payment of suppliers & service providers.</li><li>Validate purchase requests and control expenses.</li><li>Responsible for HSE in the affiliate and commercial operations</li><li> Participate in person and remotely in EHS & WE management committees.</li><li> Manage escalations and provide solutions to solve problems remotely.</li><li> Deploy and maintain Sanofi EHS standards.</li><li> Participate in periodic audits on sites.</li><li> Organize EHS training for employees.</li><li> Report EHS KPIs monthly to Global.</li><li> Monitor WE performance of sites through KPIs and satisfaction surveys to improve service quality and employee satisfaction</li><li> Be a proactive player in all EHS-related situations and crises as well as in business continuity planning and implementation</li><li> Ensure compliance with the legislation applicable to the site as well as Sanofi’s rules and procedures in terms of Safety, EHS and CSR.</li><li> Continuously ensure that all services provided comply with the level defined in each Global WE Excellence operating standard through inspection visits and audits.</li><li> Ensure emergency preparedness of the crisis management committee and optimize the use of space in accordance with Sanofi’s work charter</li><li> Responsible for being able to safely close or evacuate the site at any time in case of emergency in coordination with security and local teams</li><li> Manage and control the fleet of vehicles at the national level.</li><li> Coordinate key stakeholders and arbitrate priorities while ensuring the appropriate level of service.</li><li> Ensure the good governance of subcontractors in accordance with local regulations and Sanofi WE rules.</li><li> Ensure the implementation of the environmental strategy and efficient energy management.</li><li> Implement a process to ensure a good delegation of responsibility in the event of absence.</li></ul>

Profil :
<ul><li>8 years of experience in similar functions </li><li>University degree (civil engineer/ Architecture /environment / EHS) </li><li>Strong service delivery skills and results-oriented </li><li>Good communication </li><li>Good level of English </li><li>Ability to dive deep into operational problems </li><li>Leadership skills: managing conflicts, solving complex problems, and leading subcontractors and activities</li></ul>
