With a production facility Technover P SPA since 2022 and a rapidly growing team with 1 production facility, 2 warehouses and more than 80 employees, we aim to further strengthen Jotun’s position in Algeria through ambitious market growth plans that focus on innovation, efficiency and profitability.JOB DESCRIPTIONAs a Process Chemist, you will create and maintain optimized production processes/formulation which ensures the correct quality and quantity of products, including the Right First Time and stable throughput time.This position is based in Tizi Ouzou and will report to the Factory Manager.

Mission :
Make formulations available for products with optimized process parameters, update and change them as required by Group R&DSupport and coach production operators with process optimization on a daily basisGive technical support and cooperate closely with maintenance.Follow-up process and quality deviations and investigate product complaints.Describe the local production process for sustainable training of operators.Provide compliance documents in accordance with various standards of the Company.

Profil :
What We Look For:Engineer / University Degree.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (Coating industry is preferable).
