Solids control equipment based in Hassi Messaoud
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing the organization and coordination of all operational activities associated with Drilling Waste Management equipment (e.g. Centrifuge, Cuttings Dryer, thermal unit, solidification unit ..etc.) and services in Algeria.
Responsible for creating and managing local equipment maintenance procedures, schedules and budgets and liaising with both support service manager and financial manager to ensure that the operations, revenues and expenditures are under control.
Working closely with the GM for all activities pertaining to DWM operations across the country, including liaison with Support Services, Finance, HSE and Tendering departments.
Responsible for HSE policy implementation and incident reporting and accident recovery and investigations in Algeria Operation area. Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies
Responsible for maintaining and continually improving the operations, equipment by establishing and implementing the preventive maintenance plan and process.
Compile and review all operation lines daily, weekly & monthly reports, data and other statistical information. Make weekly & monthly reports to the GM.
To provide information for the development of technical marketing documentation and materials in conjunction with the Tendering Department Manager.
Maintain a good rapport with our customers seeking to find out a cause of complaint, if any, and ways of improving our service to them.
Responsible for asset management, technical solutions design, technical support and technical training
Review customer and project / field problem resolution activities
Participates in customer operations and technical meetings
Ensures accuracy of critical data for customer reports and manages all project reporting requirement
Qualifications, Skills, and experiences
Bachelor's degree from petroleum or equivalent discipline.
HSE – knowledge requirements
High Intelligence, strong analytical (technical & mathematical)
Budget development and oversight experience
A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
Excellent people manager, open to direction and +Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
Requires strong experience in operations with a significant proportion of experience in the area of Drilling Waste Management
8 Years’ experience and on in the Oil & gas Industry
Requires strong supervisory / management experience.
Good understanding of DWM equipment.
Strong organization and communication skills
