We are seeking an End user support
engineer
to provide technical support to our employees . The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as a strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities:
Provide first level support to users via phone, email, and in-person
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac computers
Install and configure software applications
Support managing user accounts and access permissions
Maintain inventory of hardware assets
Collaborate with the global IT team to implement new technologies
Document solutions and processes in a knowledge base
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
2+ years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other business applications
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good
On Written And
Spoken English
Experience with ITIL framework is a plus
