Sales Representative - Project Sales

Scope of Work:
Develop project sales in the market.
Develop and maintain customers and influence specifiers. Secure sales using special relationships formed.
Develop and maintain good relationships with architects, consultants specifiers, main contractors and applicators.
Complete and regularly update customer records.
Ensure approved applicators / subcontractors receive quality training from the Technical Department.
Liaise with site supervisors to ensure projects are completed successfully and on time.
Plan visits and complete reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Coordinate with factory and dispatch to ensure timely deliveries to projects.
Supply samples and product literature as and when required.
Report market information on projects, products etc on a regular basis.
Be technically aware of all product characteristics
Manage / develop approvals required from Clients / Consultants.
Follow up on customer receivables, if any.
Miscellaneous development activities as and when required.
