With a production facility Technover P SPA since 2022 and a rapidly growing team with 1production facility, 2 warehouses and more than 80 employees, we aim to further strengthen Jotun’s position in Algeria through ambitious market growth plans that focus on innovation, efficiency and profitability.;JOB DESCRIPTION ;As a Communication Specialist you will support implementation of communication strategies through analyzing market insights and plans, interacting with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating and executing promotional activities and campaigns in line with region and/or segment direction in order to enhance brand awareness. This position reports to Marketing Manager.

Mission :
<ul><li>Execute comprehensive communication strategies encompassing digital communication, offline communication, corporate communication, promotional campaigns, seminars, exhibitions, on-ground activities, and marketing material production.</li><li>Ensure seamless integration between online and offline channels for consistent brand messaging and manage the relationship with different communication agencies.</li><li>Leverage digital platforms to enhance brand presence, engagement, and reach. </li><li>Oversee social media management, website content, and online advertising. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and implement innovative digital communication campaigns.</li><li>Organize seminars, exhibitions, and on-ground activities to promote brand visibility and engage with the target audience effectively. Develop and execute promotional campaigns to support product launches and other marketing initiatives.</li><li>Supervise the creation of marketing materials, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages. Collaborate with design teams and vendors for the production of visually appealing and impactful marketing collateral.</li></ul>

Profil :
QUALIFIQUATIONS :<ul><li>Education: Bachelor Marketing (Required).</li><li>Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Communication.</li><li>Fluency in English, Arabic and French both verbally and written.</li></ul>PERSONAL QUALITIES :<ul><li>Communicates in a clear, precise and structured way; speaks with authority and conviction; presents effectively.</li><li>Adheres to company rules and procedures; executes plans with commitment and determination; achieves high quality results.</li><li>Acts on own initiative, makes things happen and accepts responsibility for the results. </li><li>Uses a methodical and systematic approach; plans ahead, defines clear priorities and allocates resources effectively.</li><li>Quickly understands and analyzes complex issues and problems; comes up with sound and rational judgements.</li></ul>
