With a sales office, warehouse, production factory and a rapidly growing team, we aim tofurther strengthen Jotun’s position in Algeria through ambitious market growth plans that focus on innovation, efficiency and profitability.;JOB DESCRIPTION Manage the TSS department by executing assigned tasks and/or managing a team of people working within a specific geographical or technical area to ensure projects are carried out according to specification and customer satisfaction and that Jotun is perceived as a preferred supplier in the market.This position is based in Algiers, and reports to the Performance Coatings Manager.

Mission :
Manage the relationship between the Shipyards and Owners, ensuring a good level is maintained within the assigned area.Plans, directs, and evaluates the workflow for the team assigned to them.Manage projects where advanced products have been specified by giving clear instructions to clients and relevant Jotun staff assigned to them in accordance with the specific working procedures in order to ensure that the specification and customer expectations are met.Join Sales when visiting shipyards and contractors to technically support the sales process.Provide detailed reports to management on the organisation/utilisation and efficiency of the team assigned to them.Ensure that his team are working in safe conditions and that the team is provided with the proper HSE training.Handle claims, investigations, technical investigation together with the Regional or Local TSS department.

Profil :
We are looking for:Flexibility to travel in country.Technical Engineering background.Completed High school + >7 years as a CA with Jotun with proven management experience.Completed high school + >8 years as Coating Advisor.Qualifications required in this role: FROSIO III - Red and/or NACE 2, or equivalent.English proficiency.
