Mission :
Provide hands-on after-sales service support and guidance to the branches and dealers on the established Service Standards (SOPs);Planning, organizing and implementation of manufacturer Programs with cooperation with our principals; Support branches and dealers to maintain the established service program and institute cost management and kaizen circles (Quality Control Circle)Assist the branch and dealer to achieve targeted level of guest delight, process efficiency and profitability, Manage training programs, and coaching branch and dealers staff.
Profil :
Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering ; Preferably working knowledge or experience with automotive sector.
