Job Description:
Ensure that all activities in the section are in line with safety and work place safety requirements (calibrations, maintenance records, periodical controls, etc.);
Be a part of Operation Excellence activities (Continuous Improvements, Autonomous Maintenance, 5S etc...);
Lead Progressive Maintenance work process in Operation Excellence (HMS);
Prepare Progressive Maintenance (PM) plans on SAP-PM and implement them;
Performing the periodical tests of pressurized containers;
Checking the quality of the pieces and consumable materials before they enter the warehouse;
Taking offers for the materials that will be purchased by the Mechanical Maintenance department;
Fulfilling the role of Technical archive responsibility. Ensuring the cleanness and tidiness of this are;
Engaging in studies and communications that support the team work and increase the motivations of individuals and the team;
Conduct regular and formal downtime analysis for critical equipment.
Required Qualifications:
University degree in Mechanical Engineering option: construction, Material engineering or maintenance
More than 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer,
Fluency in English,
Good knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD;
Knowledge of Maintenance Applications (SAP-PM);
5S and operation excellence knowledge is a plus;
Good knowledge of FMCG packaging machines or blow molding or pumps, blowers, compressors, chillers preferred ;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Team work/ sens of organization/ sens of responsibility/ sense of communication/ dynamic/ methodical;
Available to intervene at any time in case of emergency;
Resident in Blida.
