Maintenance Manager

Description
Responsible for supervising and coordinating all maintenance functions necessary to ensure efficient plant operations together with leading and coaching the maintenance team in the plant to achieve business targets
Main Responsibilities
Supervises the day-to-day operations of maintenance to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures.
Monitor utilities consumption and control by utilities saving projects to meet utilities KPIs
Review Maintenance KPIs and set plans to achieve targets
Review the implementation of AM & PM activities
Define Maintenance strategies to be followed for all maintenance activities and assure their implementation
Ensure that all equipment and machinery are working with highest efficiency to reduce technical stoppages.
Monitor energy supply and usage (power, electricity, water, natural gas) of the Plants to achieve production plan.
Ensure that all activities are monitored, and regulatory compliance audits and inspections are conducted for an effective implementation of regulatory standards
Supervise the implementation of projects to ensure that the project cycle is completed, meeting agreed project parameters (cost budget, timelines, scope and quality), standards and objectives.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Any other certificates required
8-10 years relevant experience in maintenance including at least 4 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
