Leading company in the field of dairy and juices industry currently expanding south of algeria : Senior Drilling SupervisorKey Responsibilities: Oversees water well drilling operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance; supervise implementation of given well designs.Monitor drilling parameters, troubleshoot issues, and adjust plans as needed.Manage on-site drilling teams, contractors, and equipment logistics.Ensure adherence to well design, environmental, and regulatory standards.Report daily progress and incident documentation to project managers. Key RequirementsDegree in Drilling Engineering or associated industry related fields Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in drilling operations (onshore). Strong knowledge of drilling techniques, equipment, and safety protocols. Ability to work independently in challenging environments.Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
