
The HR Operations Manager contributes to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment and the recruitment and ongoing development of talent.
Main Responsibilities :
Provide support to managers and employees through professional, relevant and timely advice and guidance ensuring compliance with legal and industrial obligations.
Ensuring the implementation & adherence of various policies, processes, procedures & systems across the organization.
Management & administration of the company’s Occupational Health Service, such as arranging medicals, recording and acting upon medical reports.
Responsible of payroll activities and instructions including payroll changes cycle, approval of key stakeholders, upload on the relevant payroll platform in coordination with the company C&B regulation.
Manage employment contracts (establishment, follow-up, employment contract, probation periods, suspension, termination)
Ensure the activity of social benefits for the smooth running of the CNAS declarations, CASNOS, CACOBATPH.
Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, interviewing program, including advertising, sourcing agencies, job offers, and induction process, conducting and analyzing exit interviews and recommending changes.
Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Administer and update Human Resources information system (HRIS) as per requirement and monitor perspective database and ensure accuracy in it within required timeframe.
Qualification & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field.
Proficiency in English - written and verbal
A minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
Proficient computer skills, with solid knowledge of ERP and HRM systems
Experience in Algerian labor law & employee relations
