Executive Project Director

Responsibilities ：
Assumes overall responsibility for project delivery results
Formulate the local organization structure of the project and the organization construction， and manages appraisal and motivates the local members of the project team
Manages internal and external stakeholders of the project balances the requirement of all parties， and determines the project scope and reasonable project objective in accordance with the contract
support project operation, organizes project team to achieve the objective of project revenues collection of payment, issuance of invoices， and profits, improve project execution efficiency, including the inventory turnover rate and site acceptance period
Manages customer relationship in the project implementation phase， and establishes, coordinates, and improves customer relationship through effective communication management and project operation
Makes decision for major problems during project implementation, and raises and escalates alarms in a timely manner
Requirements ：
At least 5 years telecom industry management experience
At least 2 big project management experience
Enough knowledge of telecom technical part
professional certification in management domain is added value
