Mission :
Trainer Duties & Responsibilities:<ul><li> Constantly improves the long-term capabilities of related people (Customer, Staff, Area Manager, Merchandiser).</li><li> A Trainer gathers and analyzes information to determine learning needs. Evaluates training programs and materials. Facilitates and delivers internal learning solutions and develops in-house training programs as assigned.</li><li> Conducts training and educational programs, according to and Company needs & orientation.</li><li> Maintains records for training programs, including evaluations.</li><li> Encourages participation and builds learner motivation during classes.</li><li> Assists in evaluating external training programs and materials with guidance from related departments.</li><li> Gathers, analyzes and discusses colleague training needs with Sr. Manager.</li></ul>
Profil :
Trainer Requirements & Skills :<ul><li>;One to three (1-3) years of experience in a training capacity or equivalent experience.</li><li>;Bachelor's degree required.</li><li>;Fluent English speaking and writing is mandatory.</li><li>;Previous presentation and training skills.</li><li>;Competent PC skills and proficiency in MS Office.</li><li>;Preferred: Experience in Customer Electronics, Service, Sales.</li><li>;Positive attitude (solution oriented and ability to deal with ambiguity).</li><li>;Excellent verbal communication, </li><li>;Strong verbal and written communication skills, pedagogy. With the ability to set expectations and communicate with customers, colleague, staff, sales team).</li></ul>
