
Mission :
Trainer Duties & Responsibilities: Constantly improves the long-term capabilities of related people (Customer, Staff, Area Manager, Merchandiser). A Trainer gathers and analyzes information to determine learning needs. Evaluates training programs and materials. Facilitates and delivers internal learning solutions and develops in-house training programs as assigned. Conducts training and educational programs, according to and Company needs & orientation. Maintains records for training programs, including evaluations. Encourages participation and builds learner motivation during classes. Assists in evaluating external training programs and materials with guidance from related departments. Gathers, analyzes and discusses colleague training needs with Sr. Manager.
Profil :
Trainer Requirements & Skills :;One to three (1-3) years of experience in a training capacity or equivalent experience.;Bachelor's degree required.;Fluent English speaking and writing is mandatory.;Previous presentation and training skills.;Competent PC skills and proficiency in MS Office.;Preferred: Experience in Customer Electronics, Service, Sales.;Positive attitude (solution oriented and ability to deal with ambiguity).;Excellent verbal communication, ;Strong verbal and written communication skills, pedagogy. With the ability to set expectations and communicate with customers, colleague, staff, sales team).
