
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections and audits of all restaurants and the F&B warehouse to ensure adherence to local food safety regulations and Azadea’s internal policies and procedures. This includes verifying compliance in areas such as deliveries, preparation, raw materials, end-products, storage, and handling.
Develop, oversee, and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) requirements. Ensure that food safety policies are properly implemented and enforced across all operations.
Investigate customer complaints, both internal and external, to ensure all issues are addressed and resolved according to the company's established food safety and quality standards.
Conduct assessments and audits of vendor facilities to ensure compliance with local food safety regulations and Azadea's policies and procedures. Ensure suppliers meet the company's quality standards.
Develop and review quality assurance documentation. Prepare detailed reports on food safety and quality status by analyzing data related to failed processes, system improvements, and corrective actions.
Organize and conduct, in collaboration with accredited bodies, training sessions for all food handlers. Ensure that all training aligns with required certifications and Azadea’s policies and procedures.
