Global multinational in the automotive sector, renowned for the reliability of its vehicles and exceptional customer service. Currently seeking a Service Process Officer
Mission :
<ul><li>provide hands-on after-sales service support and guidance to the branches and dealers on the established Service Standards (SOPs);</li><li>Planning, organizing and implementation of manufacturer Programs with cooperation with our principals; </li><li>Support branches and dealers to maintain the established service program and institute cost management and kaizen circles (Quality Control Circle)</li><li>Assist the branch and dealer to achieve targeted level of guest delight, process efficiency and profitability, Manage training programs, and coaching branch and dealers staff.</li></ul>
Profil :
<ul><li>Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering ; </li><li>Preferably working knowledge or experience with automotive sector.</li></ul>
