Job Description:
The E-Commerce Web Operations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our online store on the Shopify platform, ensuring seamless integration and effective utilization of apps like Yotpo and Tapcart. The role demands a keen understanding of e-commerce marketplace trends and the ability to implement strategies that enhance our online presence and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Updates:
Manage and update various online shopping platforms, including the store, Instagram Shop, Shop by Shopify, Tapcart, TikTok Shop, and Google Merchant Center.
Ensure product listings are accurate, appealing, and up-to-date across these platforms.
Yotpo App Stack Management:
Utilize Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals, Yotpo Reviews, and Yotpo UGC to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.
Monitor customer feedback and reviews, implementing strategies to leverage user-generated content.
Website Maintenance and Optimization:
Regularly update and maintain the e-commerce website for optimal performance and user experience.
Collaborate with IT and design teams to ensure the website's visual appeal and ease of navigation.
Content Management:
Work closely with marketing, product management, and sales teams to create and update product content across e-commerce platforms.
Implement SEO best practices and monitor web analytics to improve online visibility and sales performance.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Liaise with various stakeholders for website changes and updates.
Analyze sales data to inform future strategies and inventory management.
Qualifications:
A degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and e-commerce trends.
Familiarity with web design principles and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
