Mission :
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Receive, classify, consolidates, and/or summarize documents and information.</li><li>Maintains records of processed documents and files.</li><li>Compile various regular checks and reports in accordance with standard operating procedures.</li><li>Maintain office supplies, stationary or other material.</li><li>Coordinate logistics for events, ordering supplies.</li><li>Handle paperwork, receipts or bills.</li><li>Make use of relevant system or software in accordance with detailed instruction and wellestablished processes.</li></ul>

QUALIFICATIONSEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor: Business Administration (Required), Bachelor: English Literature (Required).</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English, French.</li></ul>Work Experience:<ul><li>Other qualifications (certificates, skills etc.).</li></ul>PERSONAL QUALITIESEffective communication: <ul><li>Communicates in a clear, precise and structured way; speaks with authority and conviction; presents effectively.</li></ul>Execution: <ul><li>Adheres to company rules and procedures; executes plans with commitment and determination; achieves high quality results.</li></ul>Constructive teamwork: <ul><li>Co-operates well with others; shares knowledge, experience and information; supports others in the pursuit of team goals.</li></ul>Organizational awareness: <ul><li>Understands the organization's informal rules and structures and utilizes political processes effectively to get things done.</li></ul>
