We are looking for a
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
, based in
Algiers
, to join our
client's international team
.
What you will do :
Support Customers by phone, email, and real-time messaging;
Customer consultation emails in the fields of commerce and financial services;
Electronic verification of commercial project applications and activation of services;
Verification and registration of new customers in the system.
What we expect:
Intrinsic motivation
Very good computer skills and fast typing (touch typing ~ 230 characters per minute would be an advantage, and determination to learn it would be a necessity);
Excellent knowledge of Arabic, French and English ( other Languages will be a plus);
Experience in customer service (an advantage).
Working hours:
Work on a flexible work schedule (5 days a week, 1 weekend a month, 8 working hours a day);
Shifts between 7 am to 8 pm and 1 weekend a month from 3:30pm to 12:00am.
