School Receptionist

Mission :
<ul><li>To deal with enquiries, answering telephone calls and relaying messages to staff and pupils.</li><li>To ensure all visitors are signed in at reception and a visitor pass issued and rigorous safeguarding procedures are followed.</li><li> To undertake bookings for various meeting rooms, laboratories, etc.</li><li>To ensure the security system for visitors accessing reception is always monitored. </li><li>To manage all types of mail. </li><li>To word process and produce school documentation required by staff as directed by line Manager.</li></ul>

Profil :
<ul><li>Experience of general clerical /administrative work (ideally in an international school).</li><li>Relevant qualification in administration.</li><li>Good level of literacy and numeracy skills.</li><li>Fluency in English.</li></ul>
