Sales Engineer

To promote and sell AZUR OIL & GAS SERVICES products and services and others products range to meet and exceed sales targetsSPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Identify research and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat businessVisit existing and new customersPursue sales leadsAssess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and servicesRespond to customer inquiriesProvide sales and technical supportManaging and maintaining all aspects of customer contractsStudy all tenders and work with regional customer service team and logistics to define price levelsCoordinate and liaise with customer services coordinator to produce proper technical and commercial quotationsNegotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targetsRefer sales leads customer feedback and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demandsEstablish annual quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and scheduleRemoving:Point of contact for all matters relating to customer contractsProvide training to all customers and assist in conventional trouble shooting at customers’ sites when requiredEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Education/training: bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar field, sales experience and/or diploma is an advantageRequired experience in salesKnowledge/skills: Engineering knowledgeA strong technical knowledge of Mechanical seals and pumpsSupervises: N/ALanguages: Arabic, French and English are mandatoryKEY COMPETENCIES:Interpersonal skills and ability to get on with multi-functional and multi-nationality peersAbility to write technical concise reports in a formal and professional mannerProactive
