Scope Master

CONTEXT:
The Scope master orchestrates the development of customer-centric solutions, bridging business strategy with Agile practices to drive product success and business growth.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Champion the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, advocating for customer-centric solutions and continuous improvement.
Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on stakeholder input, market trends, and business goals.
Develop and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and user needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, design, marketing) to deliver high-quality product increments.
Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product requirements.
Make data-driven decisions, leveraging analytics and user feedback to optimize product performance and user experience.
Lead product demonstrations and feedback sessions with stakeholders to gather input and validate product increments.
Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge:
Experience with user research, data analysis, and product analytics.
4+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
Strong knowledge of software development processes and lifecycle.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field.
