Mission :
<ul><li>Identify, collect and analyze needs both internally and externally with customers.</li><li>Monitor competition and market developments.</li><li>Be proactive on improvements and evolutions.</li><li>Manage the product backlog.</li><li>Prioritize the product backlog in particular according to items business value and to the objectives of the company.</li><li> Actively participate in the product scraping roadmap design process.</li><li> Maintain daily monitoring and accurate reporting.</li><li> Anticipate scraping needs and plan for the future.</li><li>Coordinate and support the scraping team.</li><li>Be the guardian of inductions and good practices.</li><li>Follow up on scraping projects until delivery.</li><li>Represent the Agile team vision during (daily, grooming, planning, review, retro).</li><li>Follow-up the sprints and make sure that deadlines and functional scope are respected.</li><li>Communicate internally on necessary changes and adaptations.</li></ul>

Profil :
<ul><li>Bac +2 or Bac +3 and from a specialized training in the digital sector</li><li>Excellent level of English (international teams and clients).</li><li> A project management or Agile certification is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile framework and tools (Jira is a plus).</li><li>2 years minimum experience as Project Manager/Scrum Master.</li><li>Willingness to take the initiative, to be autonomous on one's subjects.</li><li>Good understanding of the issues and constraints of front-end development.</li><li> Ability to work in a team (questioning, humility, culture of challenge and feedback).</li></ul>; ;;
