Our ideal applicant must have a master’s / bachelor’s degree in : Computer science, information technology, telecommunications, or any other related fields & a strong portfolio of past projects. Additionally, the skills listed below :Technical Skills: Basic Programming & Scripting : Familiarity with Java, Python, and Shell scripting to understand various system processes and automation.Database Basics : Understanding database concepts, SQL basics, and possibly exposure to popular RDBMS like Oracle, MySQL, etc.Networking Fundamentals : Networking protocols, IP addressing, and data transmission basics.Operating Systems : Basic understanding of Unix/Linux and Windows environments.System Architecture : Exposure to system design principles and architectural basics.Behavioural/Soft Skills: Analytical Thinking : Ability to analyze problems and come up with solutions.Effective Communication : Conveying technical details in simple terms and liaising between teams.Team Player : Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with cross-functional teams.Adaptability : Eagerness to learn new technologies and methodologies.Problem-Solving : Ability to tackle challenges head-on and seek resources to find solutions.Time Management : Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.Attention to Detail : Ensure accuracy in all tasks, especially when dealing with system configurations and data mappings.English Mastery : Possess verbal and written communication skills, ensuring seamless cross-functional and international collaborations.
