Business operation manager

Responsibility Description :
Works as Business Operation Manager in Huawei Algeria Office.
Be responsible for VAS business operation KPI;
Develop detailed business operation plan for each project, follow up strictly and align with multi-parties to execute the action timely;
Analyze service data routinely, output report and proposal to improve the service KPI;
Regular communication with Operator's MKT team, cover customer request & complaints;
Engage all partners (content provider/service provider/digital agency/etc.) to find more opportunities and enlarge the market;
Be responsible for the development of the capabilities of the team.
Experience in Internet companies is preferred, especially in music and advertising companies, familiar with industry trends.

Education Requirement : Operation manager
Preferred Major :
Marketing & communication
Years of Work Experience : 3+ years
Others (Education Background) : Bachelor or above in Marketing or related majors.
Language skills : English and Frecnh :
Fluent
Professional knowledge :
Ability to develop business operation plan, and follow up strictly to achieve bussiness target.
Ability to analyze data with different tools, and output proposal to improve service KPI.
Teamwork, ambitious, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to bear the pressure
workshop presentation experience is better.
