Academic Counselor

Radar Tour Education, a leading agency in study abroad counseling, is announcing a job opening for the position of Academic Counselor at its headquarters in El-Biar, Algeria. Main Responsibilities Providing personalized academic counseling to clients (in-person or via phone). Researching suitable university programs and courses based on the client's background and budget. Welcoming clients and assisting them in making enrollment decisions. Sourcing new clients when needed. Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Job Requirements University degree (Bachelor’s or higher). Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher). Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Full-time availability to work at the agency’s office. Seriousness, discipline, and commitment to achieving work goals. Salary and Incentive System Basic salary: 40,000 DZD per month. Performance bonus: Between 5,000 DZD and 40,000 DZD for each client who signs a contract and pays the registration fees.
