Global multinational in the automotive sector, renowned for the reliability of its vehicles and exceptional customer service. Currently seeking a Technical Instructor.

Mission :
Prepare the annual technical training plan based on the service operations needs;Prepare training curriculum (didactic materials) for theoretical practical sessions;Conduct training sessions according to annual plan (Branches & Dealers’ Technicians & Customers);Enhance technicians’ skills through On Job Training;Prepare & Analyze the technicians Skills Matrix;Perform regular technical audits to confirm the technical instructions appliance for higher service quality;Confirm the right progress and the accomplishment of the E-learning programs.

Profil :
Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.Preferably working knowledge or experience in the technical field.
