
Mission :
Assist the Head of C&E to ensure that all compliance related activities are adequately implemented and adhered by all stakeholders and employees. The key activities are as follows: Collect, compile, and organize procurement data from various sources such as ERP systems, vendor databases, and spreadsheets.Analyse procurement data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies.Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to derive insights and recommendations for improvement.Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate procurement performance metrics.Customize reporting tools and templates to meet the specific needs of stakeholders.Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement activities, such as cost savings, supplier performance, and compliance metrics.Track procurement performance against established goals and benchmarks.Provide regular updates and reports to management and stakeholders.Collaborate with procurement teams to identify process inefficiencies and areas for improvement.Recommend and implement solutions to enhance procurement processes and optimize performance.Continuously evaluate reporting methods and tools to ensure relevance and effectiveness.Work closely with procurement managers, finance departments, and other relevant stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and priorities.Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Collaborate on cross-functional projects and initiatives to support organizational goals.
Profil :
Master's degree in statistics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization techniques.Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.with 3-5 years of working experience in finance, procurement or other relevant field or at a recognized international third-party service provider are advantageous.Proficiency in English and French writing and verbal communication.
