The role involves designing tailored solutions, collaborating with product teams and partners, and helping expand LG’s innovative technologies.Job Location The position is based in the MEA region, with potential assignments in Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Jordan, and Algeria. The exact location will be determined according to business needs within these countries.Key ResponsibilitiesKey Account Management:Manage and sustain key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term business growth.Build and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with key clients, proactively understanding and addressing their evolving business needs.Develop tailored solutions and proposals that align with client objectives and industry standards.Collaborate closely with channel partners, distributors, and sales teams to maximize product availability, optimize distribution networks, and improve market penetration.Monitor and analyze channel partner performance metrics, implementing corrective actions or support programs as needed.Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on sales targets, promotions, and after-sales support.Solution Design and Collaboration:Design tailored solutions using LG Electronics' products and technologies to meet customer needs.Collaborate with product teams, solution providers, and sales colleagues to verify solution feasibility.Maintain relationships with external partners for integrated customer solutions.Analyze customer technical requirements and design customized HVAC solutions.Technical Presentations and Training:Deliver technical presentations and training on LG Electronics' B2B products and services.Tailor presentations to customer contexts and effectively communicate complex technical concepts.Provide internal and external training to ensure consistent product knowledge across the organization.Event Participation:Actively engage in LG Electronics' events and conferences to enhance brand awareness.Participate in trade shows to showcase products, demonstrate technologies, and consult with potential customers.Knowledge Maintenance:Continuously update and share expert-level knowledge on LG Electronics' B2B products and services.Document and share product understanding to build an internal knowledge base for rapid customer support.Qualifications and RequirementsExperience and Expertise:·         Minimum 3 years of practical experience in the HVAC field, showcasing proven expertise through project involvement and achievements.·         Experience in HVAC system design, installation, and maintenance to propose optimal customer solutions.·         Ability to collaborate effectively with product teams, solution providers, and internal sales teams.·         Deep understanding of LG Electronics' B2B products and services to design integrated solutions addressing customer business challenges.Education and Learning:·         Technical degree (preferably in HVAC, mechanical/electrical engineering, or environmental engineering) demonstrating necessary technical knowledge.·         Continuous learning and self-development passion to adapt to evolving technological trends.·         Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.·         Proficiency in Korean (spoken and written) is highly beneficial.Communication and Collaboration Skills:·         Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-experts and understand customer requirements.·         Collaborative skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders to provide integrated solutions.·         Active listening, clear message delivery, and effective document writing abilities.·         Teamwork, conflict management, and project management skills for smooth collaboration.
